Job summary

Centific is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive end-to-end multilingual AI initiatives for enterprise clients. You will lead cross-functional delivery across localization, language-data, and multilingual model workstreams, coordinating with engineering, linguistics, and data operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in localization with enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Strong client-facing and executive-level reporting experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Advanced communication, negotiation & reporting skills.
• Strong financial and resource planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for multilingual AI initiatives, from planning through delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, managing relationships and ensuring delivery meets client expectations.
• Coordinate across engineering, linguistics/localization, and data operations teams to keep programs on schedule.
• Track and report on program health, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Manage vendor/partner coordination for language-specific data and localization work.
• Drive process standardization across multilingual program workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope or deepen engagement within existing enterprise accounts.
• Manage and mentor a delivery team.
• Ensure program outcomes deliver measurable business value.
