Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to guide complex water and wastewater programs across the Midwest. The role focuses on planning, delivery, governance, and benefits realization, with flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or from a local office.

Occasional travel to client sites and offices is required. The candidate will lead diverse assignments, coordinate across program lifecycle phases, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring program goals are achieved on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Program management certification or requirement to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Apply program management services to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Oversee planning, initiation, delivery and closeout across the lifecycle.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Plan, coordinate resources, maintain timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.
