Brown and Caldwell seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater programs in the Midwest, guiding planning, delivery, governance and benefits realization across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and travel to client sites and local offices as needed, with flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or from a nearby office.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Program management certification or plan to obtain within 12 months.
• 10+ years in project/program management or related field.
• Experience delivering large complex programs in water/wastewater sector preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Midwest as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Apply program management services to deliver client solutions.
• Manage planning, initiation, delivery and closeout across the lifecycle.
• Oversee governance, risk, stakeholder management and benefits realization.
