CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale commercial & industrial energy efficiency program for a major utility client. You will direct all phases from inception through completion and serve as the primary client contact.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, 5+ years of people management, a Bachelor’s degree (MS/MBA preferred), and residency in Pennsylvania. This is a high-visibility, strategic leadership role with a cross-functional team and strong financial

Responsibilities

Direct all phases of the client program from inception through completion.
Own the cost, implementation, and performance of the program, including forecasting and financial reporting.
Coordinate the preparation of budgets and technical/operational planning.
Lead a cross-functional program team of 50+ people across multiple functions.
Serve as the primary customer contact for program activities and reviews.
Develop new business or expand the program's scope with the client.
