Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive DoD/IC program management experience with a related bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex technical projects with cost and schedule oversight.
• Strong drafting and management of RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, J&A, FOEs, 7600As, and DD254s.
• Budget execution, spend-plan tracking, and annual performance dashboards.
• Excellent briefing, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of technical, acquisition, and programmatic projects.
• Coordinate daily with senior government directors, program managers, and contracting officials.
• Develop, draft, and manage pre‑award and post‑award acquisition documentation.
• Oversee contract performance, validate invoices, and ensure cost/schedule compliance.
• Track spend-plans and dashboards; manage SMT data and metrics.
• Prepare mission-focused briefings and program updates for senior leadership.
• Support monthly reviews, technical evaluations, and contract invoice reviews.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with cross‑functional teams and proposing corrective actions.
• Travel as required for Tiger Teams, capability assessments, and meetings.
