Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years progressive experience with a Bachelor's in a related field or 4 years with a Master's in a related field, or 10 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in project management of defense contracts.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management oversight to a single customer with coordination across planning stages and several subcontractors.
• Identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business strategies for new products and technologies.
• Base the program at a location utilizing established tech to address a range of technical problems.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs.
