Job summary

Aleknagik Technology, LLC is seeking a hands-on Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of federal programs across the DoD, Intelligence Community, and federal civilian markets. This role requires strong financial acumen, program leadership, and the ability to drive performance and growth.

You will build bottom-up cost estimates, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with finance, contracts, and business development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of government contracting experience.
• 8+ years of progressive federal program management with DoD/IC experience.
• Experience managing FFP, T&M/Labor-Hour, and cost-reimbursement contracts.
• Experience with GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs and multi-award vehicles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-variance analysis capabilities.
• Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications preferred.
• Experience in proposal support and capture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of programs across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Develop objectives, milestones, governance, and performance reporting.
• Ensure timely, compliant contractual deliverables and customer satisfaction.
• Drive organic growth, customer relationships, and account management.
• Support pricing, budgeting, and financial performance forecasting.
• Mentor program managers and coordinate with dispersed teams.
• Oversee capture, proposal activities, and competitive bid responses.
• Maintain program documentation including budgets and risk registers.
