Synergy is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead complex IT information systems engineering and systems integration projects, serving as the primary liaison between government leadership and contractor teams.

You will guide technical direction across all SELC phases, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met. The role requires strong leadership, cloud expertise, and a proven track record in driving process improvements and change management within large-scale initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience providing technical direction and project management.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in change management and process improvements; cloud management and SELC familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, schedule, and assign responsibilities to staff; oversee day-to-day IT project tasks.
• Act as interface between Government management and contractor leadership; deliver status reports.
• Provide technical direction for system development, integration, and cloud management; oversee design and issue resolution.
• Ensure PMPs and technical specs are developed and maintained for activities.
• Monitor performance metrics to stay within cost and timeline baselines.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks in systems integration; drive modern solutions.
• Lead change management strategies and streamline workflows.
