Job summary

Factspan, a data, analytics, and technology consulting firm, seeks a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead strategic, AI-enabled initiatives for a leading US retailer. This hands-on role translates strategy into actionable plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives programs to completion using Copilot and Generative AI.

You will build workplans, manage dependencies, and report to executives while shaping scalable operating models.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of project/program management experience in retail or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage integrated workplans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate across business, technology, analytics, marketing, and operations teams.
• Design scalable workflows, governance structures, RACI models, and operating processes.
• Develop reusable templates, playbooks, dashboards, and execution frameworks.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Generative AI tools for productivity.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, and status dashboards.
