New York Technology Partners seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the AI and Digital Commerce Platform, guiding development, deployment, and ongoing evolution of brand enterprise AI capabilities and AI-powered commerce solutions.

The role blends AI engineering, agile delivery, governance, and customer experience to ensure AI initiatives move efficiently from experiments to production across ecommerce, merchandising, marketing, and omnichannel environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional tech programs.
• Enterprise retail/ecommerce environment experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and scaled delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of AI systems, model evaluation, and governance.
• Ability to validate program outcomes with logs, telemetry, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple engineering teams responsible for AI infrastructure, orchestration, tooling, identity management, monitoring, and integrations with ecommerce and CRM systems.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, security, infrastructure, product, merchandising, marketing, and operations; manage release calendars around seasonal calendars and holidays.
• Establish intake and assessment for AI initiatives (personalization, AI content, search, automation) and translate opportunities into delivery plans.
• Define production readiness processes including performance testing, security assessments, access controls, monitoring, and rollback procedures.
