Foot Locker is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI & Automation to lead the engineering team delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation across the retail enterprise.

You’ll own delivery, reliability, governance, and cost, partnering with architecture, data, product, and business leaders to translate AI strategy into production capabilities serving Merchandising, Supply Chain, Stores, and Digital channels.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/automation leadership.
• 3+ years in direct people leadership and building enterprise-scale AI products.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI/automation in Retail, Digital Commerce, or Supply Chain is preferred.

Mansioni

• People leadership: hire, coach, and develop AI/automation engineers across levels.
• Delivery ownership: own roadmap and end-to-end delivery of AI agents and automation workflows.
• Operating model: define intake, prioritization, and capacity across PODs and domains.
• Engineering standards: enforce code quality, testing, security, and observability.
• Production accountability: reliability, incident response, and SLAs for AI initiatives.
• Governance: implement Responsible AI, RBAC, privacy, and audit readiness.
• Business partnership: work with product and leaders to shape demand and outcomes.
