Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Senior Project / Program Manager to support strategic initiatives for a leading US retail client.

This is a hands-on delivery and execution role, requiring someone who can translate strategic direction into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives through completion.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to evolving priorities, and leverages Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and modern productivity tools to accelerate execution and improve operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Execution

• Build and manage integrated workplans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.
• Maintain accountability, proactively resolve blockers, and ensure timely closure of actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate across business, technology, analytics, marketing, and operations teams.
• Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder updates, and executive reviews.
• Track decisions, ownership, dependencies, and commitments.

Process & Operating Model Development

• Design scalable workflows, governance structures, RACI models, and operating processes.
• Develop reusable templates, playbooks, dashboards, and execution frameworks.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

AI-Enabled Productivity & Automation

• Leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Generative AI tools for productivity.
• Automate meeting summaries, action tracking, reporting, documentation, and repetitive workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline program execution through AI-enabled solutions.

Executive Reporting & Communication

• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, and status dashboards.
• Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations with clarity.
• Translate complex initiatives into concise, actionable leadership updates.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in retail, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results with limited direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting US retail enterprises or large-scale transformation programs.
• Exposure to go-to-market (GTM) strategy, activation, and business operations.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, Jira, or similar workflow tools.
• Experience establishing scalable operating models and AI-enabled processes.
