Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data and AI programs. You will guide distributed teams through modernization, GenAI initiatives, and production-grade analytics while advising client leadership.

You will own scope, schedules, budgets, and governance, ensuring data readiness and AI integration. This role requires strong executive communication and a track record of delivering complex data platforms in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with 4+ years delivering data/analytics programs with distributed teams.
• 3+ years hands-on experience as Data Engineer, Data Architect, BI/Analytics Engineer, or Data Scientist.
• Proven track record delivering data platforms to production on major cloud and modern data platforms.
• Delivery experience on at least one AI/ML or GenAI initiative in production.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in delivery practice.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, quality, budget, and margin for data engagements from discovery to production.
• Lead delivery of data platform modernization and AI use cases (RAG, agentic apps, ML, analytics).
• Ensure data quality, lineage, metadata, access controls, and governance are delivery requirements.
• Introduce AI-accelerated practices in teams and automated documentation.
• Lead governance, risk management, and executive communication with client leadership.
• Mentor delivery leads and engineers; grow AI-native delivery capability.
