ICF is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead a large, multi-million-dollar CWIS TA contract for ACF and CB, with remote work flexibility. You will direct strategic, operational, and program management efforts, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and ensure staffing, deliverables, budgets, and risk controls align with federal requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in managing complex TA contracts, knowledge of CCWIS and Title IV-E, and the ability to translate policy and data

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive project, program, or contract leadership in child welfare, human services, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years supporting child welfare or related programs with knowledge of federal requirements, data, and technology.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience managing annual contracts >$10 million including budgeting and invoicing.
• Knowledge of CCWIS, Title IV-E automation, APD, and federal reporting programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic, operational, and program leadership for a large federal contract.
• Interface with CB, COR, ACF, OCIO and other stakeholders; advise on strategy and performance.
• Develop and maintain integrated PM processes, work plans, schedules, and risk management.
• Oversee contract finances, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, and staff development.
• Provide QA for TA services and deliverables across state, Tribal, territorial, and federal systems.
• Guide CCWIS, APD, AFCARS, NYTD, NCANDS data and governance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements and program health reporting.
• Deliver status reports and executive briefings; coordinate with partners.
