Job summary

ICF is seeking a Product Lead to guide the strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment for the Child Welfare Reviews Project (CWRP) technology ecosystem, including CFSR DMS, Portal, OMS, E-Learning Academy, and related tools. You will partner with program leaders, security/compliance, data analytics, and UX teams to deliver user-centered modernization.

Remote role with occasional travel for project meetings and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience modernizing complex web-based systems and portals.
• Ability translating stakeholder needs into roadmaps and backlogs.
• Experience with agile delivery and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product vision and modernization roadmap.
• Translate priorities into a structured roadmap and release plan.
• Lead discovery activities with stakeholders and end users.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT coordination.
• Ensure documentation, security, accessibility, and governance alignment.
