Job summary

ICF is seeking a Product Lead to guide strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment for the Child Welfare Reviews Project (CWRP) IT ecosystem. The role coordinates with program leadership, security/compliance, data analytics, and IT teams to ensure secure, user-centered modernization that meets FedRAMP and accessibility requirements.

Remote with possible travel for project meetings, stakeholder engagement, and user discovery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related roles with experience modernizing complex web systems.
• Ability to translate needs into roadmaps, backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and UAT coordination.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across program leadership, technical teams, and end users.
• Ability to balance value, security, cost, and schedule while maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and modernization roadmap for the CWRP IT ecosystem.
• Work with client stakeholders and technical teams to identify needs, risks, and improvements.
• Translate priorities into a structured roadmap, backlog, and release plan.
• Lead discovery activities and prioritize system enhancements.
• Coordinate governance, security, and compliance considerations in decisions.
• Support sprint planning, UAT, release readiness, and post-release feedback.
