Applause is seeking a Senior Program Delivery Manager to oversee a large, complex digital quality engagement for a strategic enterprise client. You will govern delivery health, resource alignment, and measurable outcomes across testing workstreams while leading a team of Localization Quality Account Managers.

In this role you will translate customer objectives into executable service plans, establish governance, and partner with multiple internal teams to ensure high value, disciplined delivery

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of enterprise program delivery experience.
• Experience leading distributed cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate data into business insights and present to executives.

Responsabilités

• Own the governance and delivery health of a large, multifaceted digital quality engagement.
• Provide coordinated oversight across testing services, including localization-related quality initiatives.
• Translate customer objectives into executable service plans with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Establish ownership, procedures, escalation paths, and decision-making frameworks across the engagement.
• Ensure deliverables, schedules, service levels, testing coverage, and customer expectations are managed.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
