Qualifications

• University Degree with 8+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups) and Office Suite proficiency.
• Experience in Program Controls with data analysis, reporting, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysts to forecast, report, and manage EACs and EVMS.
• Develop talent through coaching and mentoring within the team.
• Communicate with management across multiple levels and functions.
• Contribute to fast-paced finance initiatives and product-line projects.
• Support ad hoc data reporting and senior-level initiatives.
