Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst to manage budgets, forecasts, and invoicing for West Coast programs. You will provide internal budget and contracts management and assist the Project Manager with client-facing support on diverse projects in water resources, transportation, energy, and planning sectors.

The role requires data management, contracting, scope development, financial reporting, and scheduling with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong MS Office Excel skills, including SharePoint.
• Experience with forecasting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial and invoicing activities.
• Support project setup, maintenance, and close-out activities.
• Coordinate with clients and subconsultants on contractual, budgeting, and invoicing requirements.
• Monitor and track program budgets, forecasts, and contract modifications.
• Maintain and update Excel tracking sheets, SharePoint sites, project documentation, client deliverables and file systems.
• Support colleagues and coordinate compliance across various internal departments within ICF.
