Job summary

ICF is hiring a Senior Program Control Analyst to manage budgets, forecasting, and contractual compliance for West Coast programs. You will provide internal budget controls and client-facing support to Project Managers, with emphasis on data management and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel; SharePoint experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial and invoicing activities.
• Support project setup, maintenance, and close-out activities.
• Coordinate with clients and subconsultants on contractual, budgeting, and invoicing requirements.
• Monitor and track program budgets, forecasts, and contract modifications.
• Maintain and update Excel tracking sheets, SharePoint sites, project documentation, client deliverables and file systems.
• Support colleagues and coordinate compliance across various internal departments within ICF.
