Clicklease, established in 2018 and headquartered in Draper, UT, seeks a Senior Manager to lead new commercial financing initiatives. This zero-to-one role focuses on product architecture, offers structure, price risk, and national dealer adoption.

You will own end-to-end product design, pricing strategy, and cross-functional governance with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations to deliver scalable programs across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product strategy and financial services.
• Deep understanding of POS financing models and dealer-embedded financing.
• Strong pricing, loss modeling, and servicing cost knowledge.
• Strategic thinker who solves complex business problems beyond tickets.
• Collaborates with Underwriting and Compliance to scale programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design of new commercial financial products, including offers and pricing.
• Develop promotional financing constructs to drive dealer conversion and loyalty.
• Own unit economics for new initiatives with Finance on yield and risk-adjusted returns.
• Bridge Credit, Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure compliant, scalable programs.
• Create and present strategic roadmaps from pilot phases to national distribution.
