Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Application Security Analyst to strengthen our security posture across endpoints and applications. You will partner with engineering, technology, and business teams to support secure development, assessments, and audit readiness in a remote environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5-7 years of experience in application security, proficiency in code review, cloud exposure (AWS/Azure), and familiarity with ISO 27001/NIST 800-53.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in application security or related field.
• Hands-on experience reviewing code across multiple languages.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST 800-53.
• Experience using enterprise GRC tools.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Refine and deliver the application security program for endpoints and applications.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Conduct regular security scans and coordinate issue resolution.
• Triage third-party assessments and follow up on findings.
• Monitor and track security risks throughout their lifecycle.
• Support internal teams during security assessments and audits.
• Review third-party security reports for compliance with standards.
