Juniper Square is seeking a Lead Product Onboarding Manager to own end-to-end onboarding for our largest customers, transforming investment data for the platform and guiding data migration, mapping, and optimization. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience independently owning executive-level customer relationships and scope negotiations for enterprise or global accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for largest customers, focusing on data migration, mapping, and optimization.
• Analyze and transform complex financial datasets for import into the Juniper Square platform.
• Advise on optimal data structures for onboarding and long-term platform performance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex onboarding engagements and resolve with customer leadership.
• Lead initiatives to drive process automation, tooling improvements, or structural changes across the team.
