Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Lead Product Onboarding Manager to own end-to-end onboarding for our largest customers, focusing on transforming investment data and ensuring long-term platform success. You’ll guide data migration, mapping, and optimization, interpreting complex agreements across private equity, ventures, and other investments.

You will mentor other onboarding managers, drive process and tool innovations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with complex financial data and related domains.
• Proven success in executive-level customer relationships and scope negotiations for enterprise/global accounts.

Responsibilities

• Independently own communication with senior/executive customer stakeholders and lead scope/timeline negotiations.
• Review, analyze, interpret, and transform complex financial datasets for import into the Juniper Square platform.
• Advise large customers on optimal data structures for immediate onboarding and long-term platform performance.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for the most complex onboarding engagements.
• Identify and lead initiatives driving process automation and tooling improvements.
• Coach junior Product Onboarding Managers on prioritization and risk assessment.
• Build strategic partnerships with cross-functional leaders to deliver a cohesive customer experience and AI-supported workflows.
• Build scalable AI workflows that extend impact beyond individual accounts.
