Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Product Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for strategic clients, focusing on transforming investment data for our platform. You will guide data migration, mapping, and optimization, interpreting complex agreements across various private markets.

You will drive process and tool innovation, mentor teammates, and ensure long-term client success with scalable AI-enabled workflows and reusable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years managing large, multi-stakeholder onboarding projects.
• Experience designing AI workflows across tools/datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls, manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Transform complex financial datasets for import to Juniper Square platform.
• Advise on optimal data structures for onboarding and long-term performance.
• Escalation point for complex onboarding challenges.
• Drive process improvements, tool enhancements, and documentation.
