Job summary

Juniper Square seeks a Lead Product Onboarding Manager to own end-to-end onboarding for our largest customers, focusing on transforming investment data for the platform. You will guide data migration, mapping, and optimization, interpreting complex agreements across private markets to maximize value.

You’ll mentor peers, drive process improvements, and build AI-powered workflows that scale onboarding across accounts, ensuring long-term success on Juniper Square.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with complex financial data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven success managing executive-level customer relationships and scope negotiations.
• Experience designing and deploying AI workflows across multiple tools.
• Track record solving data-quality risk at scale.
• Strong Excel expertise for manipulating large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own communication with senior customer stakeholders and negotiate scope/timeline.
• Review and transform complex financial datasets for import into the Juniper Square platform.
• Advise on data structures for onboarding and long-term platform performance.
• Escalation point for the most complex onboarding engagements.
• Identify and lead initiatives for process automation and tooling improvements.
• Coach junior Product Onboarding Managers on prioritization and risk.
• Build partnerships with PM, Engineering, and Customer Success for a cohesive experience; develop AI-supported workflows.
• Build scalable AI workflows that extend impact beyond individual accounts.
