Juniper Square is hiring a Senior Product Onboarding Manager to lead end‑to‑end onboarding for strategic clients, focusing on data migration, mapping, and optimization across private equity, VC, and other investments. You will guide clients through complex data structures and legal considerations while driving scalable processes and AI‑assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with complex financial data in professional settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, multi‑stakeholder projects in a client‑facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects and client calls, coordinating internal teams for timely delivery.
• Transform and map complex financial datasets for import into the Juniper Square platform.
• Advise customers on optimal data structures for immediate onboarding and long‑term performance.
• Mentor onboarding team members and drive process improvements and documentation updates.
