Job summary

Juniper Square is hiring a Lead Product Onboarding Manager to independently own the end-to-end onboarding for our largest customers, transforming investment data for our platform. You will guide data migration, mapping, and optimization, interpreting complex legal agreements across private markets, and drive innovative tooling while mentoring others and ensuring long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience owning executive-level customer relationships and scope negotiations for enterprise/global accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for largest customers, focusing on data migration and optimization.
• Transform complex financial datasets for import into the Juniper Square platform.
• Advise on data structures for immediate onboarding and long-term performance.
• Serve as senior escalation point for high-risk onboarding engagements.
• Lead initiatives driving process automation and tooling improvements.
• Coach junior managers in prioritization, risk assessment, and quality reviews.
• Build AI-enabled, reusable workflows across accounts with cross-functional partners.
