Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks an Associate Product Manager for Vault CRM to shape and execute product roadmaps. You will partner with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to define requirements and craft detailed designs for the core Vault CRM application, including AI Agents and engagement channels.

Work with UX, QA, and engineering to ensure timely delivery of features that meet customer needs and strategic objectives, while maintaining high quality and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to think critically and ask questions to solve problems.
• Detail oriented, organized, good at multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• 1+ years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology, consulting, finance, or analytics.
• A strong sense of professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Define product priorities and roadmap by collecting input from customers, partners, executives, market owners, sales, services, and engineering.
• Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with product teams to design capabilities meeting requirements.
• Author high quality design specifications within an agile methodology.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and operations to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts.
• Deliver features built with quality that delight customers.
