BambooHR is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead payroll platform modernization. You will own the payroll data-model redesign and validate it against canonical models, ensuring a scalable, compliant foundation for the product.

You will own access, audit, and retention for payroll systems and drive rollout discipline with parallel runs, instant rollback, UAT, and release trains, coordinating with engineering, security, and compliance to deliver reliable payroll services.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management, with HCM/payroll platform experience preferred.
• Technical fluency in database schemas, APIs, and migration mechanics.
• Rollout discipline: parallel runs, instant rollback, UAT, release trains.
