Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior Product Manager, Marketing Digital Experience for the BAU portfolio. This remote role guides intake, prioritization, governance, and delivery across marketing initiatives on lumen.com, coordinating with Campaigns, Creative, DX, MOps, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure value, transparency, and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital experience, product management, marketing operations, campaign management, portfolio management, project management, or related field.
• Experience operating in a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with marketing work management platforms such as Adobe Workfront.
• Experience with web and content management platforms; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model for Lumen's BAU digital delivery portfolio and drive end-to-end marketing delivery.
• Develop prioritization frameworks balancing business value, customer impact, timelines, capacity, and risk.
• Lead intake, triage, prioritization, governance, and delivery alignment with strategic priorities.
• Establish governance, workflows, and standards to improve intake quality and execution efficiency.
• Collaborate with Digital Experience, Campaigns, Creative, MOps, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Tech teams to maintain a scalable delivery ecosystem.
• Define metrics, dashboards, and reporting for portfolio health and business outcomes.
