Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Marketing Digital Experience to own the BAU portfolio for Lumen.com.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of campaigns, product launches, and website enhancements across the BAU value stream, translating business needs into actionable work with transparent priorities and timelines. This senior individual contributor role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Campaigns, Creative, DX, MOps, Product

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital experience, product management, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Experience in a complex matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with marketing work management platforms such as Adobe Workfront.
• Experience with web content management platforms; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.
• Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe delivery models preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model for the BAU digital delivery portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, and site enhancements across Lumen.com.
• Develop prioritization frameworks balancing business value, delivery timelines, capacity, and risk.
• Establish governance standards and reporting to track demand, throughput, and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and partner with cross-functional teams.
