Job summary
Lumen Technologies is seeking a senior Product Manager, Marketing Digital Experience to own the BAU delivery framework for marketing initiatives across Lumen.com. You will translate business needs into actionable work and collaborate with Campaigns, Creative, DX, MOps, and Analytics to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
You will lead intake, prioritization, governance, and delivery, driving alignment with strategy, capacity, and risk, while promoting continuous improvement and scalability
Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital experience, product management, or related roles.
- Experience in a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing intake, prioritization, governance, and delivery across teams.
- Hands-on with marketing work management platforms such as Adobe Workfront.
- Experience with web/content platforms; AEM preferred.
- Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery models.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating model for the BAU digital delivery portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, launches, and website changes.
- Develop prioritization frameworks balancing value, timelines, capacity, and risk.
- Align BAU work with Digital Experience priorities and roadmaps.
- Partner with value stream leaders to optimize planning and resource use.
- Establish governance standards, workflows, and reporting for portfolio health.
- Drive continuous improvement through data and stakeholder feedback.
