Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Product Manager, Marketing Digital Experience – BAU Portfolio to own the delivery framework for marketing work across Lumen.com. You will shepherd intake, prioritization, governance, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Campaigns, Creative, DX, MOps, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Tech teams.

As a senior individual contributor, you’ll influence decisions, drive efficiency, and promote scalable processes in a fully remote role open to candidates nationwide in

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital experience, product management, or related field.
• Experience in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on with marketing work management platforms (Adobe Workfront).
• Experience with web/content management platforms; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.
• Experience working within Agile and/or SAFe delivery models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own BAU digital delivery portfolio operating model.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and website enhancements.
• Develop prioritization frameworks balancing business value, customer impact, delivery timelines.
• Establish governance practices to improve intake quality and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through data and stakeholder feedback.
