Job summary

Nymbl Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Integrations & Implementation Technology to lead integrations, data products, and implementation tech. You will run discovery with customers, scope requirements, and translate asks into actionable tickets for the dev team.

This is a customer-facing, non-coding product role with strong technical fluency and business impact. You will collaborate daily across product, sales, customers, implementation, and engineering, guiding feasibility,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, implementation, or solutions consulting, ideally with partner/API integrations.
• Comfortable being the primary customer contact on integration process and scope — daily, not occasional.
• Strong requirements-writing skills; can turn a vague, ambiguous ask into a scoped ticket dev can act on.
• Enough technical fluency to evaluate feasibility and push back on unrealistic asks — you don’t need to write code, but you need to know what’s hard and why.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry software background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and feasibility calls directly with customers on integration and implementation requests.
• Scope requirements and write clear, buildable tickets for dev — the connective tissue between a customer ask and shipped work
• Own the customer conversation on the integration process — explaining scope, timelines, and tradeoffs firsthand
• Support sales on integration feasibility during deal cycles
• Own the day-to-day queue of integration and implementation questions, keeping dev's capacity honest against demand
• Partner with implementation on handoff and delivery
• Communicate integration status, risk, and tradeoffs clearly to product leadership
