Job summary

Nymbl Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager (Integrations & Implementation Technology) to drive initiatives from idea to delivery.

You’ll partner with customers, sales, engineering and leadership—running discovery, scoping requirements, and turning ambiguous asks into buildable tickets for dev. This is a product-focused role; you won’t write production code, but you’ll need enough technical fluency to judge feasibility and push back when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or a related role.
• Strong requirements-writing skills and ability to scope tickets.
• Sufficient technical fluency to evaluate feasibility.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Nymbl is hiring a Product Manager (Integrations & Implementation Technology) to help drive product initiatives from idea to delivery. You'll work closely with customers, sales, engineering, and leadership — running discovery conversations, scoping requirements, and writing the tickets that turn ambiguous asks into buildable work for dev. This is a product role — you won't be writing production code — but you need enough technical fluency to know what's realistic, and to push back when something isn't.

What You'll Do

• Run discovery conversations with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities
• Scope requirements and write clear, buildable tickets for dev — the connective tissue between an idea and shipped work
• Own customer conversations on scope, timelines, and tradeoffs
• Support sales during deal cycles by weighing in on feasibility
• Manage the day-to-day queue of product requests, keeping dev's capacity honest against demand
• Communicate product status, risk, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership
• Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or a related role
• Strong requirements-writing skills; can turn a vague, ambiguous ask into a scoped ticket dev can act on
• Enough technical fluency to evaluate feasibility and push back on unrealistic asks — you don't need to write code, but you need to know what's hard and why
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred

• Familiarity with reading basic API specs (REST, webhooks) even if not writing code
• Prior experience with EHR, scheduling, or messaging integrations
