Job summary

Nymbl Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Integrations & Implementation Technology to lead integrations, data products, and implementation tech. You will run discovery with customers, scope requirements, and translate asks into actionable tickets for the dev team.

This is a customer-facing, non-coding product role with strong technical fluency and business impact. You will collaborate daily across product, sales, customers, implementation, and engineering, guiding feasibility,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, implementation, or solutions consulting, ideally with partner/API integrations.
• Comfortable being the primary customer contact on integration process and scope — daily, not occasional.
• Strong requirements-writing skills; can turn a vague, ambiguous ask into a scoped ticket dev can act on.
• Enough technical fluency to evaluate feasibility and push back on unrealistic asks — you don’t need to write code, but you need to know what’s hard and why.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry software background a plus.

Nymbl is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Integrations & Implementation Technology) to own integrations, data products, and implementation technology. Day to day, this means running discovery and feasibility conversations directly with customers, scoping requirements, and writing the tickets that turn ambiguous asks into buildable work for dev. You'll work across product, sales, customers, implementation, and dev daily. This is a product role — you won't be writing production code — but you need to be comfortable being the one on the call with the customer talking through the integration process, and enough technical fluency to know what's realistic.
