North Hospitality is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the execution of the product roadmap for payments and fintech solutions in a remote setting. You will work with Agile teams to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements, ownership of the lifecycle, and data-informed prioritization.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in product management, product engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Proven experience leading Agile software development teams.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and modern product management software.
• Product Owner Certification (CSPO or similar) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned areas with emphasis on technical requirements and system integrations.
• Engage closely with Agile engineering teams to break down business needs into technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization using Jira.
• Gather and synthesize input from internal teams and external partners/customers to align decisions and communicate progress.
