Clio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead payments within its FinTech team. This role can be performed remotely across the US or Canada with some exceptions; hybrid options exist for certain markets.

You will shape strategy, own a roadmap, work with developers and designers, and use data to drive decisions. Help scale a payments platform for law firms nationwide while growing leadership and product skills.

Qualifications

• Fintech background with payments, billing and accounting literacy.
• Experience building strategic roadmaps with measurable impact.
• Proven track record delivering initiatives at scale.
• Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders across levels.
• Comfort with data-informed decision making and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive outputs and outcomes in your product area within the triad.
• Develop a strategic roadmap aligned with senior direction.
• Lead customer and market research, build business cases, set priorities.
• Coach and mentor other Product Managers.
