North Hospitality is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments and fintech solutions. You will partner with Agile engineering teams to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories and deliverables, owning the roadmap with a focus on developer experience.

This role emphasizes deep technical engagement, data-driven decisions, and strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Competenze

• Four years experience in Product Manager or similar technical product roles.
• Proven experience with Agile software development teams.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and modern product management software.
• Product Owner Certification (CSPO or similar) preferred.
• Payments or fintech industry experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to dive into system architecture and data flows.
• Strong Agile methodologies knowledge; experience as a Product Owner on Scrum teams.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned areas, with emphasis on technical requirements and system integrations.
• Collaborate with Agile engineering teams to translate business needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as Product Owner, leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization using Jira.
• Coordinate stakeholders across internal teams and external partners/customers.
• Develop and own data collection/analysis processes to inform prioritization and release planning.
• Maintain a detailed product roadmap and backlog with clear visibility for stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and manage escalations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product management practices across North.
