Upstart is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payments, to own strategy and execution across the Payments space, shaping borrower outcomes with platform capabilities and enabling rapid feature delivery.

You will partner with Engineering, Data Analytics, ML, Design, Compliance, and product leaders across Servicing to drive priorities, metrics, and results in a remote-friendly environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product management experience owning strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery for a technical, transactional, or customer-facing product.
• Experience with payments, money movement, loan servicing, billing, or related financial product.
• Experience using quantitative analysis to diagnose product problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and guide product decisions.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver products, systems, or platform capabilities.

• Identify high-impact causes of payment failures and lead solutions that improve payment success and borrower outcomes.
• Improve understanding of a borrower's ability to repay using data sources.
• Shape a scalable Payments platform to help teams across Upstart build Payments capabilities.
• Balance near-term impact with long-term platform investments and debt management.
