Job summary

North is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape messaging across our payments platform. You will leverage your deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, merchant services, and competitive landscape to craft compelling product stories and go-to-market plans.

This cross-functional role partners with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, Sales, and Support to ensure multi-channel content and enablement tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years in Product Marketing, fintech/payments/SaaS preferred.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools to accelerate GTM work.
• Proven track record of launching products and GTM campaigns in matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging, positioning, and value props for merchants.
• Run market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Lead end-to-end GTM execution and pilot programs.
• Gather feedback from merchants and partners to inform features.
• Create sales enablement tools and collateral for launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build training materials.
• Champion merchant perspective for secure payment experiences.
