Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to enhance the Student Outcomes Technology portfolio. You will manage roadmaps, work with cross-functional teams, and drive product discovery with a strong emphasis on Agile practices.

Remote role in the United States with a focus on education technology and SaaS products. You will collaborate with engineering, content, marketing, and school-facing teams to deliver value, measure KPIs, and iterate based on feedback and AI trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management or similar role, preferably in educational technology or SaaS.
• Agile experience preferred.
• Ability to synthesize and prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product roadmaps based on strategy and priorities.
• Understand customer needs through engagement and feedback, translate into problem statements.
• Build rapport with business owners, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Draft business cases with clear value and success metrics.
• Ensure non-functional requirements like quality, security, and reliability are met.
• Evaluate product performance and KPIs.
• Communicate product vision clearly to stakeholders.
• Lead change management where needed.
• Collaborate with research teams to measure efficacy of digital products.
• Stay updated on AI trends and opportunities.
