Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Student Outcomes Technology portfolio, aligning roadmap with strategy and customer needs. You will work with engineering, content development, marketing, and school-facing teams to deliver impactful software and services.

You will apply Agile practices across product management, manage cross-functional teams, and continuously measure outcomes while adapting to industry trends and AI advances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in educational technology or SaaS.
• Ability to synthesize and prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholder groups.
• Convert multiple data points into an actionable plan that meets end user needs.
• Proven ability to manage complex large-scale projects under significant constraints with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and refine product roadmaps based on strategy and priorities.
• Understand customer needs through direct interaction or feedback analysis and translate into problem statements.
• Build rapport with business owners, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Draft business cases with defined business value and success metrics.
• Ensure quality management by integrating non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability).
• Evaluate and share product performance and KPIs.
• Communicate product vision to all stakeholders clearly.
