Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management or related experience in edtech or SaaS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

• Experience with Agile software development.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and continually refine product roadmaps based on strategy and investment priorities for platform capabilities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through direct interaction and translate into clear problem statements.
• Develop rapport and trust with business owners, engineering, architecture, and other stakeholders.
• Draft business cases with defined business value and success metrics.
• Support quality management by ensuring non-functional requirements are met (performance, security, reliability).
• Evaluate and share product performance and KPIs.
• Communicate the product vision clearly to all stakeholders.
• Lead change management efforts.
• Work with research teams to define, measure, and improve digital product efficacy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and AI opportunities for the product strategy.
• Experiment with AI to streamline discovery, planning, and delivery processes.
