Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management, business analysis, or similar role in ed tech or SaaS.
• Strong ability to synthesize and prioritize multiple stakeholder needs.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product roadmaps based on strategy and priorities for platform capabilities.
• Understand customer needs through direct interaction or feedback analysis and translate to clear problem statements.
• Build rapport with business owners, engineering, architecture, and other stakeholders.
• Draft business cases with defined business value and success metrics.
• Support quality management by integrating performance, security, reliability, and non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate product performance and KPIs; communicate vision to stakeholders.
• Lead change management and manage impact on others.
• Collaborate with research teams to measure and improve product efficacy.
• Stay updated on AI trends and tools relevant to product work.
• Experiment with AI to streamline discovery, planning, and delivery.
