Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to oversee Student Outcomes Technology. You will manage the portfolio, define roadmaps, and align cross-functional teams including engineering, content, marketing, and school-facing support to drive product outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and refine product roadmaps based on strategy and priorities.

• Draft business cases with defined value and success metrics.
• Support quality management by integrating performance and non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate and share product KPIs and performance.
• Communicate product vision clearly to all stakeholders.
• Lead change management as needed.
• Collaborate with research teams to measure efficacy of digital products.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Update knowledge of AI trends and tools impacting product work.
