We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a strategic area within DigiCert’s DNS and digital trust portfolio, focusing on trusted discovery and agentic use cases.

You will collaborate with engineering, security, product marketing, sales, and customers to define the product vision, validate use cases, shape requirements, and deliver new capabilities

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a strategic product area within DigiCert’s DNS and digital trust portfolio, focusing on trusted discovery and policy enforcement.
• Translate market trends, customer needs, DNS telemetry, and technical capabilities into clear product strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Engage enterprise customers, partners, internal field teams, and standards communities to validate use cases and shape product direction.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and cloud platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, API-first, cloud-native services.
• Use telemetry, dashboards, customer insights, and experimentation to guide prioritization and measure impact.
• Use AI-assisted tools to analyze feedback, synthesize insights, prototype concepts, and iterate quickly.
• Define and track success metrics such as adoption, latency, reliability, automation effectiveness, policy accuracy, and trust-signal quality.
