Job summary

DigiCert is looking for a Product Manager to help build the next generation of DNS posture management capabilities for enterprise customers. This role will focus on AI-enabled DNS products that strengthen security, reliability, performance, automation, and operational insight - helping redefine DNS as an AI-native trust layer for the modern Internet.

As a Product Manager, you will own well-defined product areas within DigiCert’s broader DNS roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, security, ML Ops, product marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to translate customer needs, DNS telemetry, and technical capabilities into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

This is a hands-on product role for a builder who can move quickly, use data to make decisions, and partner deeply with technical teams. You will help validate new ideas, prototype posture workflows, define requirements, support launches, and iterate continuously while maintaining enterprise standards for security, reliability, and customer trust.

What you will do
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver AI-enabled DNS product capabilities within DigiCert’s broader DNS roadmap, aligned with the company’s trust and cloud strategy.
  • Translate customer problems, DNS telemetry, AI/ML capabilities, and market insights into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, and MLOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native DNS services.
  • Use AI-assisted product and prototyping tools to analyze feedback, synthesize insights, explore workflows, and validate ideas early with customers and engineers.
  • Develop product capabilities across DNS resolution, traffic management, observability, automation, anomaly detection, posture management, and security use cases.
  • Define and track success metrics such as adoption, latency, reliability, automation effectiveness, anomaly-detection quality, and trust-signal accuracy.
  • Support product-side GTM execution in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, including launch planning, messaging input, enablement, pricing input, and adoption tracking.
  • Engage customers, partners, internal field teams, and relevant standards communities to validate use cases and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Use telemetry, dashboards, customer feedback, experimentation, and A/B testing where appropriate to guide prioritization and measure product impact.
  • Rapidly validate ideas, deliver incremental value, and iterate continuously without compromising security, reliability, performance, or customer trust.
What you will have
  • 4+ years of product management experience in cloud, networking, security, infrastructure SaaS, developer platforms, or technical B2B products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams building on AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of DNS, networking, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent technical domains.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML product concepts such as inference workflows, automation, anomaly detection, model evaluation, or MLOps collaboration.
  • Experience translating ambiguous technical problems into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones.
  • Proven ability to deliver 0→1 or early-stage product capabilities and iterate rapidly in agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to use data, customer insights, and technical tradeoffs to drive product decisions.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools such as Figma, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, feedback synthesis, or requirements development.
  • Experience supporting GTM activities such as launches, collateral, enablement, pricing input, customer adoption, or success tracking.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, product marketing, sales, customer success, support, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for building secure, reliable, enterprise-grade infrastructure products.
