Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI-enabled DNS capabilities for enterprise customers. You will own defined areas within the DNS roadmap and partner with engineering, security, ML Ops, product marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to translate customer needs and DNS telemetry into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in cloud/security/enterprise SaaS or technical B2B products.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP or similar cloud platforms.
• Understanding of DNS, networking, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML product concepts like inference workflows, automation, anomaly detection, MLOps.
• Experience translating ambiguous technical problems into clear product requirements and milestones.
• Proven ability to deliver 0→1 or early-stage product capabilities and iterate in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and deliver AI-enabled DNS capabilities within the DNS roadmap.
• Translate customer problems, telemetry, AI capabilities, and market insights into requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and MLOps teams to deliver secure, scalable DNS services.
• Use AI-assisted tools to analyze feedback, prototype workflows, and validate ideas with customers and engineers.
• Develop capabilities across DNS resolution, traffic management, observability, automation, and posture management.
• Define and track adoption, latency, reliability, and trust-signal metrics.
